Draw Me A Story: Contemporary Children's Book Illustration

Picture books introduce children to a love of both art and literature and encourage habits of lifelong learning. Today’s illustrators are among the most exciting visual artists using both traditional and digital techniques in most expressive ways. This exhibition showcases the talent of the many exceptional illustrators in our community working in a range of styles and media, but all focused on the power of story and character.

The exhibition will run from June 23-August 6 with an opening reception on June 23rd from 6-7:30 PM.  Refreshments will be served, and both the reception and the exhibition are free and open to the public.

This exhibition was made possible through generous funding from Fulton County Arts & Culture, the Georgia Council for the Arts, and Linda Mauldin.
